
Online Hotel & Resort Booking Step by Step
This booking guide assist you by providing you with step by step directions on how you can send a booking enquiry or book a hotel or resort at ThaiHotelsBooking.com.
If you are new to booking online, it would be a good idea to refer to this guide throughout the booking process. Please note that you can send several booking enquires to different hotels on their vacancies at no cost to you. This is especially recommended during the high season when many hotels are fully booked. Remember, it is only the confirmed booking that you have to pay a deposit for to ensure that your booking is valid and guaranteed. All booking enquiries are free of charge.
Step 1. When you find the hotel you want to book, click the button "Enquiry & Reservation"

Step 2. In the Enquiry & Reservation page, specify the check in and check out dates and the type of room you want.

Step 3. Continue to fill in your personal information.
Step 4. When you are ready, just click the button "Send enquiry / reservation" and you're done! 
In general, You should receive a confirmation or answer to your enquiry by email within 24 hours. In the case of a positive confirmation, the hotel may ask you to pay a deposit or full prepayment to re-confirm and guarantee your reservation.
You should also receive a short auto-reply immediately. This is to verify your email address.
If you do not receive this reply, please re-check your email address or your email’s spam folder.

Step 5. Afer some hours, When you have received the email with all your booking and payment details, click the link "pay deposit online".

Step 6. On the secured online payment system page, choose payment option and then click the button "continue pay".

Step 7. Enter your credit card information, and then click the button "Pay".

After you have paid your deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt. In balance payment is requested 2 weeks before your arrival, you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in after you have made the necessary payment.
