How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completely filled all your information online, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of hours, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information such as the hotel's contact details.
I have booked a hotel but did not receive a confirmation email. What could be the problem?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is an incorrect email address. Kindly double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. We have also noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may be sent to your email’s spam folder. If you have not received your confirmation email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to help@r24.org or Call Reservation centre +66-7741-8528
How do I cancel a reservation?
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Given that you have entered a valid email address, you will receive a reply about your cancellation request within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this response can be delayed by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
After your reservation has been confirmed by R24.org, you will be asked for a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit is usually between 10-30% of the total reservation price. The balance is to be paid either directly at the hotel or 2 weeks prior to your arrival depending on the seasonal policies set by the hotels. All these details will be made known to you in our email response.
Why does R24.org need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are required for payment, deposit for your hotel room or a no-show charge.
What types of credit card can I use to make payment and deposit for my reservation?
We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
Unfortunately all hotels require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. We are not able to process any reservation without a credit card.
