"Diamond cottage is a hotel that is well located in relation to going to the beach, to the action and restaurants.But the hotel has become expensive £ 65 for a bottle of bath water. At the same time one must go to the bar to buy drinks to get free wifi for 45 min. Having been in this hotel 10 times the service is unbelievably bad - ask to keep the room 1 hour after 12.00 but no able to get 15 minutes. "Everything about our stay was OK. Though the noice from other guest was sometimes disturbing. A silent door would be a good complement. Breakfast was OK, but not fantastic. Staff at hotel- Very good. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | ||

"It was our 4th stay in kata area,before we stayed in different places.Andaman cannacia was big dissapointment for us . First off oll ,room needs to reneved, air condition was wery bad cooling was not enough, and bed was uncomfortable, cleaning was ok.. reception are a personel was so rude . Last day we asked just half an hour extension to stay in the room but but we have very rude answer from one of the lady receptionist. Restorant personel was very ok locatin was very close to the kata beach. "This hotel was really nice. Big room with fan, fridge, hot shower and in front of the beach (just a road to cross). Finally we stayed 8 days in this place.Just be careful there are no ATM in Naiton, it mean you need have your cash. The closer place for have some money is the airport. "Room was large & very convenient for pool being on ground floor . Toilets blocked regularly but this was dealt with ? Room needed a few aesthetic touches & needed slight attention. Building work was ongoing in adjacent block but this was not too intrusive ..however not ideal,,!!. Breakfast was good but very expensive for evening additional food ..swimming pool was good but a few guests were concerned re colour which was light green & reflected tile colours ..however we considered clean. & ere v happy to use.
