"Very beautiful resort. Staff all helpful and very friendly. We had a good time and ofcourse I recomend this hotel for all couples and family. serounding with great nature and takes 5 min. to downtown. It was very nice of being there. We did not want to leave Pai at all, also the resort closeby from small airport. took us only 5 min to fly back to Chiangmai. Thanks to all of you at Belle villa (Pai)" | ||

"Arrived in the hotel at 10 pm. There was no hot water in the shower. Complained to the reception and they sent a man to my room to find out what the problem was. He could not fix it. I had to come to the reception again with the same complaint. The reception eventually admitted that the whole hotel had no hot water. So sending that man to my room was just a delaying tactics. I understood that they simply disconnected central water heating system late at night to save money hoping that guests won t need hot water at such late hour. I made a scene at the reception and by midnight they turned the hot water back on. Horribly experience.The hotel is a way overpriced and the noise from slamming doors from the corridors woke me up early in morning as guests left their rooms to go to the restaurant for breakfast. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | ||

"Beautiful,lush exterior surroundings w/narrow paths. Had a deluxe fan hut and it did not meet our expectations.Thank goodness we only brought in an overnight bag...no place for suitcases and the bathroom shower needed a remodel. My husband did not take one. I did. There were 4 new tiles on the shower floor and if you ventured off them, you would not be a happy camper.We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner: the green curry and hot lemongrass drink were excellent. There was live music and it was a short walk to the Night Bazaar. left the following morning. Breakfast was included and it was fine." | ||

"Stayed 6 nights in early June 2011. Low season so good rate for hotel but the hotel grounds were poorly maintained and the pool not maintained at all so not usable for the duration of our stay. Hotel room was poor standard of cleanliness and cleaning service of room well below expectations. Location of hotel was fine but own transport is definitely required if you want to stay at this place. Hotel food only average but have to say very cheap. The bathroom was an Entymologist s dream world. It only had half a roof and the number and variety of visiting insects after sundown, especially on a wet evening defied belief. I ve spent almost 2 years of my life living in Thailand on and off and it is my favourite country in the world and I m fortunate enough to have travelled very widely. However, this bathroom almost put me off for life. Most Europeans or indeed most people from developed countries would really struggle to accept such a bathroom. Being with my Thai fiancee did make up for all the hotel s shortcomings but it was in fact her who complained to the management about the state of the hotel room and Thai people normally do not complain. Cannot recommend; even to local Thais who are more used to flying insects than I am. I would not consider going back to this place but would certainly go back to Pai. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | ||
"The room is clean with basic facility. Seems to be the best condition in Mae Sariang. Breakfast is eatable. Staffs at front deask are very helpful, but not at breakfast area. Walking distance to local restautant." | ||
"Very friendly and helpful staffs. The water pipe in the toilet area is leaking, even the staffs have tried to repair. The ceiling fan in room does not work. However, the resort environment is very nice. Good location for wondering to town." | ||
"The resort is only about 2 km from the high street. Easy access for anyone who can ride a motorcycle or even a bicycle. But it is very dark after the sunset and might not be safe to cycle. However the resort has a free and private shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The room I was staying was very spacious and clean. The only facility is a pool - very nice overlooking the pai river with a view of surrounding mountains. I didn t eat in the restaurant as choices were very limited and nothing special..." |
